Major NSV last week!
 

I had an amazing week of NSVs last week and wanted to share! :)
My hubs is a youth pastor and we took a group of teenagers to summer camp for the week. Last year, at nearly 300 lbs, I couldn't keep up. I sat out most activities and didn't participate in most of the water stuff because I was too heavy/uncomfortable and couldn't haul my own body weight into a boat.

This year, almost 100 lbs lighter, I participated in everything! Volleyball, basketball, hiking, white water rafting, disc golf, night tag, dance-off... all of it. I walked 3.5 miles in under an hour with one of my girls, conversing, without getting winded. I climbed and played and ran, and kept up with 100 teenagers... and it felt great! It's moments like these that remind me why I really had this surgery. :)
