I am almost 7 months post op from having a Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy and I can honestly say it was the BEST decision I could've ever made. My starting weight was 256lbs and my current weight is 167. I never thought I'd be down this much in 6 short months.
I'm sure some of you have see me around here. I was on the Weight Watcher's thread for quite some time until I fell off the wagon and regained the 117lbs I'd lost. Surgery was plan b and now I follow a Paleo/Primal WOE which has worked well with my sleeve.
Hi Kimberly, well i have to say you look amazing! I am new here today, but i read your blog earlier, and you have come a long way, and done exceptionally well. You are beautiful and make a stunning model!
Can you elaborate more on Paleo/Primal WOE?
I am on the journey to surgery as well, and it is fast approaching so i am doing all the research possible..
Amazing......I do need to check out the Paleo/Primal thing. I had the band in February and I haven't really lost much until I got my first fill. I like what you said about it being work.......and it is not a piece of cake or walk in the park.....I have to work just as hard but it is more head work.
