Today I stepped on the scale and I have lost .............drum roll please............50 lbs:D !!! since surgery (93 from all time high) I am so dang excited! I was at 49 lbs this past weekend and gained:fr: yes I said gained 3 lbs so I had to lose those and then one more so today I weigh 232!!! I have lost 16 lbs in the first month. 16 in the second, 13 in the third and 5 so far this month (I will be 4 months post-op on June 5th)!! Not to shabby!!!:cb:

Oh about gaining it is the weirdest thing but I have gained 3 times once 2 lbs and twice I have gained 3 lbs! I figure that it is my body holding water or something. The first time it happened I almost fainted but now realize that it will come off (funny thing is I never LOSE 3 lbs at one time) :censored:I only lose one pound at a time!!! The mental part of this is way harder than the physical part!! But now I see that I will lose weight so it is not so bad!!!

So I am having a Happy 50lbs Gone party! :balloons:Whoooo hoooo
