I weighed myself at the doctor's office today ----- (drum roll) and I now weigh less than I weighed with any diet I've ever been on. I had always given up about this point.

But not this time!!

Today has been NUTS! Man I am so busy at work, have about 1 min. to post this.

John is back at work today, he called to say he is feeling good.

We celebrated my youngest b-day yesterday, he will turn the big 4 on Wednesday.

Run, run, crazy, crazy time!

Luna! I seem to be running around like crazy too! Except, I am not sure if I am getting anywhere. Happy Birthday to your little one!!

I went through some closets today. I threw out a bunch of big clothes that I am hoping I am not going to need next year. I know I should donate the ones that are in good shape but I am desperate to declutter and I don't want to hold on to them.

The big kid went to school today The little guy was home for some sort of school reason and I have the feeling that he is coming down with something AGAIN.

Tomorrow I have an appointment with the cardiologist for cardiac clearanc. Did anyone else have to do this? What are they going to do to me?????

I just got back from the SEC Tournament in New Orleans. Go Big Blue!

Peachie, don;t worry about the cardiac clearance. Ole Alvin failed it!!! Yep, He was too "big for the probes to do their thing. we were worried for a while it was going to keep him from having the surgery, but it didn't. He said it just proved his point that he has no heart!

oh deb... i have a horrible feeling that we have a KENTUCKY fan among us. my mom the hoosier says that we're not allowed to talk to kentucky fans.

just a quickie.. gotta go in exactly 1 minute to get the hard boiled eggs off the fire, and get ready to go out the door. exercise, then work, then an appt with the social worker about MOM.

Hi everyone! I had a rough day yesterday I had the worst gas pains of my life!! So bad I could hardly walk!!I even had to take pain meds last night!!! I am all better now thank God!!
