I guess I have managed to loose the weight I have because every other rule I follow religously. I drink up to 80 oz. of water per day, I always eat around 80-100 grams of protein per day, I go to the gym three days per week and do Pilates and an aerobic video at home 3 days per week. The only thing I was doing was eating to many carbs. And really and truly, my surgeon told me as long as it was under 100 per day I was fine. But I guess because I used to have VERY high insulin levels, (went from 40 to 11!!!) I have a nontolerance for so many. Eating 50 or less per day, at least half of which come from fruits and veggies, has had me lose constantly for past 2 weeks. So I will be sticking with this ..
If I stop loosing again, I will lower them again as neccessary.. (gosh I hope I dont.. LOL) Thanks for replying though, good to know I am not the only one.. LOL
