Thanks Dottie!!! I don't feel very brave....sort of just resigned to the whole thing. in fact I am a big fat CHICKEN! It is not that I WANT the surgery, I mean honestly...who in their right mind (ok, don't answer that) would want to have to go under the knife...so to speak!!! Unless of course you're tired of doing dishes and laundry and want a bit of a break!!!! I"M KIDDING... (of course!) It is frustrating that things have gotten to this point.
...I just think that it is the smart thing to do at this stage of the game for me. I was kinda hoping that someone in the medical field would put a stop to it BUT!!! I'll be darned, they all think it is a GREAT idea! who knew?????? to much info? yikes!!!! love you guys! peach |
what was the average time for your surgeon appointments? they told me i would be there for 5 hours. any ideas why? i have already been to a seminar with his doctor's office. i am just concerned on what could they possibly do to me for 5 hours!!

my first response: because they're never on time!!! but then, maybe they make you go through a whole lot of testing, like cardiac and lungs. most of the folks i've heard about have to get clearance, but they make appts with the specialists and do it that way. i've never heard of a surgeon making a person do it all in one day.
but one never knows. but then again... maybe they just can't run on time!!! interesting... keep us posted |
i shall. would make sense if he was doing the clearance. i have an appointment with a pulmonologist for the lungs and junk. weird.
