1 year ago today (now with picture)
 

1 year ago today was my surgery. Thank you all for your support in the beginning and now. I know I am not around much, but my life is so full I am barely online anymore.

As of today I am 128lbs down and 7lbs from my goal. I am engaged to a wonderful man who understands all that goes with wls. He himself has lost 100lbs in the last year too. We get married Dec 11th and I can't wait.

and.. okay it was a thrill to fit in to a single digit wedding gown! :))

Thank you everyone for the kind words.. sorry haven't been around, but who knew planning a small wedding in Vegas would be so time consuming?

Anyway.. I am disgusted with myself right now. I have been stress eating big time. I EVEN KNOW I am doing it and can't seem to stop myself. I have gained 4lbs, which in the big picture isn't much, but I am afraid of the starting point. UGHHH

It started with the bridal company I ordered my dress from sending me the WRONG dress in the WRONG size.. and not being able to replace before my wedding, then going shopping for a new dress on short notice with my new mother in law who graciously payed for it, because our budget is spent on this wedding and I was hysterical.
Then work.. step kids acting out, the ex wife causing all kinds of drama... OY VEY.
Anyway I am trying to get back on track and in 32 days I get married!! I need to get a grip, because damn I am happy but I don't want to be fat and happy again. :)

I bet you still look great! Way to go!

Right now, I would, NO IFS, ANDS OR BUTS, make the time for a massage or something. Give yourself a break. Weddings are stressful no matter what, and even an hour of quiet time getting a massage will help you decompress.
