PMS after RNY
 

I am about to start my first period after surgery. My PMS seems worse then ever or am I just more emotional? I understand a little depression is normal, but my energy is low and I get dizzy when I get up. Ok, before you ask, I am getting enough water and have already gotten my 60 gm of Protien today. Any thoughts?:?:

about the dizziness = you MIGHT need to add a little more protein or space it out differently. BUT, please keep in mind that the large, fast weight loss will change your hormones, and PMS could get worse. or better. depends on your hormones.

are you getting enough calcium and B complex? those two helped me during those days - even though i'm so old i can barely remember them!!!
