My one year annivesary =)
 

Today one year ago I had my RNY Gastric Bypass surgery,it wasn't easy but it's the first time I ever reached my goal weight in my entire life. I reached my goal weight a few months ago and so far have been successfull at keeping my weight at a stable range. It gets hard at times but If I go back to journaling my food intake I find I can get back on track without much trouble. I want to thank all of you that have been there for me I couldn't have done it without you.:hug:
Tomorrow I see my surgeon I hope I knock his socks off:devil:

I've feel great Jiffy thanks for asking just trying to maintain this new way of life and decided what I want to get into now. When I saw the Dr. yesterday and was he proud of me told me I was exceptional(blushing) anyway I told him I couldn't have done it with out this site Thanks to you all again:hug:
