I dont drop in as much as I should but, I thought I would share an update and in case other folks are thinking about it. ..

Its almost 7 months and from my highest I have dropped 109.4 pounds. Yaaa. I am happy about that. Only 85.4 since surgery...I thought that number would be higher but, Im still thrilled.

The first month or so was very hard. But, since thats over all is pretty good. Its kinda nice not being able to pig out and blow another diet. Im happy to have the tool. I do wish I would have had it long ago. I always chickened out. That cost me so much life.

This will be the best summer in a loooong, loooong time. If your thinking about it, just do it! If you havent lost it on your own yet, you probably wont...well, I couldnt anyway.

Life..............bring it on :) Im ready :)
