I find myself stress-undereating....

  • Strange really, I don't think I've never said that before!

I'm in the middle of finals week and my daughter and her family arrived for a two week stay....I'm a little overwhelmed!

The strange part is, I used to stress eat then over exercise, and right now I find myself forgetting to eat or exercise! I just study, study, study, then find my head swimming from the lack of food.

I can't say I'm losing weight, I'm not. I think I'm at the magic 2 year mark and my body has adjusted to having less food, I've heard that happens.

Anyway, maybe I should start writing my food down again, I haven't in about a week....that might motivate me to stay healthy and keep my brain from forming mush!

  • Hey Ange,

What classes are you taking? Is your grandson home?

I don't think I ever forget to eat!!!! Food is still to dang important to me!

I just read an article in "Women's World" about water and artificial sweeteners.
To much artificial sugars in my stuff and not enough water!!! Dang again!

THE TWO YEAR MARK: I put on about 8 pounds, consistently, before I knew it about a month ago. I wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary, except less exercise and still eating when I get home from work at night. I've started tappercize and quit the night eating and am back down. Anything over five consistent pounds for me is a worrisome thing and a wake up call. I can't tap worth crap, but like the exercise part! I can exist on a lot less food than I use to, but getting my head to wrap around that is a problem.

    Hang in there Ange!
