So I am bored of what I have been eating lately. Any good recipes out there?

Go to theworldaccordingtoeggface. She has some really good recipes and ideas. I love her egg bites, eggplant dip, zucchini lasgna, protein ice creams, Italian bean salad, etc. I'm at this very moment making low-fat cream cheese stuffed jalapeno peppers rolled in panko crumbs and eggs whites; baked in the oven. For lunch, I had a mexican whole wheat tortilla pizza: mashed pintos, shredded mexican pork, lowfat guacamole, lowfat sour cream, lowfat shredded cheese and salsa. For snack tonight, I'm having a Rock and Roll protein bar. Supper I'm having field greens with raspberries, blue berries, strawberries, pecans, thin sliced apples and leftover rotisserie chicken and lowfat raspberry vinegar dressing (I call it garbage salad). KO has a good mexican meatloaf recipe. KO has a good mexican meatloaf recipe. Go to the South Beach thread and there's some good eatin going on over there. I'm not obsessing about food much huh!!!!

I also found this one which looks YUMMYYYYYY

Filipino style Shrimp and Scallops
1 med lemon chopped (peel and all)
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 c rice vinegar... See More
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
3/4 lb jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined tails left on
8 sea scallops . (about a 1/2 lb)

Place lemon, onion, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and pepper in a food processor or blender and process until minced. Pour into a large nonreactive bowl. add the seafood cover and marinate in the fridge no longer than 30 mins. Remove seafood from marinade and discard marinade. Thread shrimp and scallops on 8 skewers. coat with nonstick spary. Grill uncovered on direct heat until firm about 6-7 mins.
