thanks for the info, jenny... it's a good review.. i only wish that they also address the profound psychological issues that many people have after the surgery: head hunger, coping with their food demons, the need for surgical aftercare and support.

i'm finding that many people view this as a quick fix and they don't need to change their HEADS. not true!!!
