For a good laugh, i hope. but i gotta tell you all, i think i'm getting better!!

I actually fixed the pantry door!!!! i took the screwdriver and tightened the screws in the - ummm - what are they called? the flat plates that hold the door to the wall? the hinges??? anyway, they're working well.

and THEN, i've been putting plastic on the screens - opening the windows, taping them to the screen, then closing the window. aren't you proud of me??? this year, i didn't put them on the OUTSIDE of the house, where it blows off, OR on the INSIDE where all the tape makes a mess on the windowsill!!!!

and the floors are mopped!

yeah - i know most of you can do all this stuff without thinking twice, but for me, this is all a big deal. and i RARELY do any of it without turning into lucille ball!!!!
