though I lost a lot in the first three months...60lbs...it slowed down to a crawl after that! Stall after stall! It can be frustrating. In fact, the last 70+ lbs took me another year+, so I know what you mean. BUT slow is good, honey. It lets your body and mind catch up! Have your written down you measurements? Do it now if you haven't...it's another great indicator besides just the scale.

Do as the dr. tells you...eat well and exercise because you deserve it...not only to see a change in numbers...we must love ourselves first and formost...for if we don't, who will?

well today I feel THINNER... seriously.

my elastic waist mom jeans out of the dryer are big.. my top is a 1x my upper torso is feeling downright slender

and my wedding band is too big I had to switch to some smaller band. I feel naked...
