my 1 month checkup is today

i'm actually 5 weeks out... I see the doc at 11:30

not sure how well I'm doing weight wise. Hope I get a copy of my labs...

i got a copy of my labs (all is perfect)
and my weights (he's fine with the loss so far)
i'm fine fine fine and he will see me in 2 months keep up the good work.
