Do you take it with food? I've also heard it's good to take it with dairy, so maybe a glass of milk or some cheese.

If you keep having trouble, maybe try a liquid calcium instead of pill form.

Yep taking it with food (cottage cheese) and it doesn't seem to help at all. Maybe I will try another brand.

Are you taking tablets, capsules, or chewables? If taking tablets, you might try putting the tablets in water and letting them dissolve, When you drink the water, then leave the white stuff that settles at the bottom of the glass, as that is just the binders and not the actual calcium, which will have dissolved into the water.

If you're currently taking tablets, you may try switching to capsules to eliminate the binders, as they could be causing your stomach some grief. I know I mentioned the liquid calcium before, but I know some people complain that you have to take a LOT of the liquid to equal the amount in the pills, so maybe that could be plan C instead of B

I was taking the TwinLabs chewable. It was supposed to taste like a sweet tart.. so NOT. also I had to take 6 a day for the 1500 mg. I ordered the chewable from Bariatricadvantage. in cinnamon and just got them today. They are smaller and I only have to have 4 a day. So hopefully this will help.

To me when I think of cinnamon I'm thinking toothpaste so I might not do to well with a chewable that taste like that.
You will have to tell us when you think~
