ProtiDiet Instant Oatmeal, Maple Brown Sugar
HAve any of you tried this oatmeal? its 90 calories and 15 grams of protein. I'm thinking it will be good for my cold weather hot breakfast craving

I haven't tried it but it sounds perfect low in cals and high in protien
