That's amazing.
I watched a couple of your YouTube vids and the difference is incredible.
I was very impressed with the care you got in India
Do you feel good? How's your energy level? Are your results typical for someone your age and build?

Hi All!!!!
Well, my energy level is way up there. There are so many things I can do these days. I need to learn to eat better though... My hubby is forcing me to eat protein alot in the day time... he will not let me leave to table unless I eat a good amount of chicken or fish... I am having problems with hair fall. but im working on it... I am very active and eat right.... and make sure i get my protein shake every morning,,,, first thing i look forward to in the am's... I was very cared for in India... I am feeling very well. Thanks all for your support... because of you, I am motivated...

Gasp! 100 lbs in 4 months!! Wow you are certainly doing something right. I have 2 non-3FC friends who've had the surgery and neither is losing anywhere near as fast as you. Wow! Congratulations!!! I know you feel like an entirely new person don't you.

No, Not in India right now... I'm in the states.... will go back asap!!
