I've seen the procedure done on tv. Is this the one that they take out in 6 months?

The only thing I would be concerned about (and that is with surgery or not) ... is your doctor or nutritionalist consulting you on how to eat healthy or are they just doing the procedure and crossing their fingers. What kind of after care/support are they giving you once its removed (are there support groups/meetings). IMHO no matter what surgery you have or balloon procedure you have, its not going to work unless you start eating healthy. Again it goes back to us all saying "its a tool" not the cure.
