Five Day Pouch Test?
 

Has anyone ever tried this? I wanted to try it next week, but wanted to get some feedback from anyone here who may have had experience with it.

Seems ok to me... like going back to the beginning.. good idea.

I know people that have used this to get away from carbs and get their eating back in control. It works!

I want to try it too.
