OK so I have no pics!
However it was so fun!!! James and I hd a tandem Kayak so he was behind me but there were a lot of times I was doing all the rowing!
The paddling motion is a lot like the motion for Uppercut in my boxing DVD
There were little docks in the lake with turtles sunning themselves on them and we saw a blue Heron!! so wonderful and peaceful!! I want to do it again!
For My Fellow Jersey Girls its like an hour away In bethlehem in a lake thats man made like spruce run
I never NEVER could have done this before!!!

I have not really been kyaking but I really enjoy doing canoing whenever I get the chance. It is a pretty good workout and something I really enjoy.

When I first saw the subject title, I thought, "Oh man, she hit some rocks with her kayak!" But what you meant was ROCKS!!!!! I'm so glad that you had a good time and was ABLE to do it. What is next on the horizon?
