There's no doubt - this has been a hard year for many of us. But, we've stuck together, and we're still here - and most of us are doing MUCH better than we were at the start of 2008.

It's an honor to be associated with all of you - here's hoping that 2009 is a GREAT year - healthy, happy, full of love and happiness.

It's been a hard 2008...but I would do this year over again 100 times!

*This is the year I took my life back!

*This is the year I took control of my health!

*This is the year that my heart flowered

*This is the year my body shrunk!

I made new friendships and rekindled old ones! I am happy for the good times and am grateful for the bad...another set of "Bleedin' Learning Experiences!"

I am grateful for you all! AND am looking forward to getting to know you better and better!

I worked last night, came home sat down, ate ricotta and SF pudding, and woke up in time to see the ball drop and then woke up an hour later with a broken neck and back. I'm the most exciting person! LOL!!!

I'm excited about this coming year and what it holds for us all. A time for healing for some, a time of getting the routine of water, protein and supplements, a time for exercise!!!!!!!!!!!, and time to enjoy the new US. Because we are ALIVE!!!!! and got it going on.
