Sleep the often ignored factor

Lately i havent had much sleep and indeed that turns me into carb sugar fiend
think a pink cookie monster with Fangs (I watched the Muppet Xmas special last night)
So I know to help me stay in control I need at least 6.5 hours per night
Last night I had 5
Today I've had 4 Candycane Joe HJoes I won't describe them it's porn

ROFLMAO!!! You're funny! Thank you for not describing the pornographic goodies!

LOL! not quite sure whether to laugh or cry, Kier! but you're right - sleep IS essential. and there's even research out there that says that people don't lose weight at all well unless they get a good night's sleep!

I was thinking the same thing

I've gained 4 pounds back:tantrum::tantrum: and realized I've only been sleeping 4-5 hours a night-I just can't fall asleep. I do seem to lose weight when I get 7-8 hours of sleep. At a time at night. Naps don't count.

Funny, isn't it, that the time you spend not moving at all can help so much. My NY resolution is to get more sleep!
