Default Bread/Dread/Dead

I occasionally still try to eat bread?!?!? Why because I'm stupid! I got a new breadmaker and had to throw out the first batch (bad yeast), second batch, I did something stupid, threw it out. Got the last batch out at 11:00 last night. WHY? I know it is high protein, but WHY? DH doesn't need it, my grandkids can do without it, and it is carb dense.

Breakfast at 5:30: 1/2 c. steel cut crockpot oats with 1/2 scoop protein
Off to send out resumes. I've been starving all morning!!! BIG FAT HEAD HUNGER. But can't very well go to see a prospective employer with protein bar stuck in my teeth!
Lunch 12:00 (I'm was starving and went back to my old habit of test tasting everything): 1/2 c. Fried sweet and sour cabbage (more steamed than fried, but real bacon) and 1/2 c. braised pork steak and 1/2 of a 1/2 of a piece of homemade bread with a blob of homemade splenda peach butter.
Supper: Plan on having 99% fat free ham roll with hummus, cukes, carrots, celery strips, leftover chili.

Okay, has anyone tried drinking diet soda? I'm so tired of water and can't drink anything cold. Last time it bubbled out my nose. Occasionally, I think I would just like to have a little sip of diet CF Mountain Dew! Danged HEAD!! I'm drinking tons of SF no caffeine tea and probably leeching all of the calcium out of my body. I have heard "never" and after six months. I'm pathetic. You know if they cut out my brain, I'd be thinner, DANG HEAD HUNGER.

Breakfast 5:00 a.m. Carbmaster Yogurt and fresh fruit

Lunch: Four chicken wings and I'm starving

Snacking all day long!!!! Apple with peeling which is giving me fits. Did last time and you would think I'd learn. 1 thinly, thinly sliced protein bread with two pieces of Virginia ham and lite miracle whip. Finally threw out the bread and just ate the ham. DARN BREAD; STUPID NANCY!

Supper: 6:30 Rot. ribs with rub and 1/4 c. scalloped corn, I think I'm gonna swap that out for green beans because I'm not suppose to eat corn. Gut really still killing me from the apple peel, so might not be able to eat anything.

I've drank about 32 oz of tea and need to try some more sickening water. I used to love water, what the heck happened? I'm grouchy today!! PP is grouchy today!!

By the way, KO, I love the new picture!

Breakfast at 5:30 a.m. Yogurt and Bran-Morning Glory Muffin

Snack: Hot sf chocolate chai tea

Lunch: Pork spare rib and a piece of splenda apple pie

Snack: Piece of yogurt vegetable cheese, Light Muscle Milk protein bar

Dinner: Chili-Sweet and Sour, Bacon Cabbage on Soy Dogs. These are called "Smart Dogs" and I really like them. They have a smoky taste to them.

I'm freezing to death. I've got to go find something hot to drink to try and warm myself up. I'm in my warm house with a knit cap and a hooded sweatshirt on. This is the only thing about WLS that I actually hate!!!!

10/24
Breakfast was 1/2 of grilled cheese. I was able to eat the homemade protein bread because less than 1/4 inch thick

Lunch: I split a Happy MEal with my 4 y/o GD. So....1/2 hamburge with out top bun, and six fries.

Snack: Splenda Apple Pie and no water as of yet!! I'm gonna hate myself when I get a big fat kidney stone!

Yesterday my daughter came in and was laughing at me because I had just came back from my walk and I was cooking supper in a knit hat, hooded sweat shirt pulled up around my neck, a long sleeve shirt, and under shirt. My fingers were purple and I was complaining about the cold. They are talking about a chance of snow here on Monday! I remember during my "fat"days when I wouldn't even wear a winter coat outside. My poor old lab got his head stuck under our bed last night and has hurt his neck someway. I just gave him an aspirin because he is whimpering. Poor old boy! He wouldn't even eat my pie crust, and he is a regular garbage can. Must really be hurting.

Supper will be on the fly, because have to meet my son and DIL half way to pick up the baby. She started walking yesterday and they sent me the cutest video of her practically running already. I live about an hour and half from them and the PS that I will be seeing is two miles down the road from them. So, I'll go down there Sunday evening too return the baby and stay overnight. The traffic is so bad on their road that it takes about half an hour to get from the freeway to their turn off. About a ten mile drive if that long.

You all have a good weekend!
