I did some automation and now prepacked Kashi golean with some flax @ work I have it with LF Milk FF yogurt or light soymilk
If I'm really in a hurry I'll throw 1/8-1/4 cup walnuts it and just eat it dry. . .but that's usually alot less cereal since walnuts pack a pretty high caloric hit ok off to hobble and get dressed :D |
