Joining the club
 

I just wanted to post a quick note to say hi. I joined the site today:carrot: ! I am beginning the process of getting insurance approval to undergo the bypass surgery. I also happen to be the twin of whitelion who is a member here and is half way to her goal weight. I am excited for her and I can not wait for my turn. My husband and I really want to see this happen. It is amazing to have the love and support that I do both in my spouse and in my family. I will keep in touch regarding my progress.

TWINS???? you and whitelion are TWINS???? WOW!!!!!! who knew??!!! my real-life sister stops by every once in awhile, but she hasn't been on recently. she also had bypass surgery, and looks FABULOUS. if you stumble across posts by peach pit, that's her! a wicked sense of humor.

wow. two sister pairs here!!!! wonder what'll happen next????

You are going to have to make sure you do what I did and take pictures each month. You will not regret it. It really helps you see the progress when you cant by just looking in the mirror.

Oh did I tell you that there are a lot of wonderful people here?

Hey other Cuz: I'm so glad you have joined us! We are waiting and have a space all warmed up for you on the loser's bench. Got my fingers, eyes and legs crossed; hoping everything goes well. There are really nice and knowledgable people here. Read lots about your options and ask all kinds of questions.

Whitelion is doing excellent, her pictures were amazing. WOOT to you both!
