Wow what a compliment!!
Had to share this: I was in a store tonight and ran into someone that I have not seen in at least 3 years. I got inline behind him and he looked at me. I said, didn't you use to work at so and so. Yeah, he said, I said arent you going to say hello? He said, you look famillar how about helping me out. So I told him the job I use to do. His mouth dropped open, he looked me up and down. He didn't say anything, but it was the look on his face!:carrot: It was priceless. You could tell that he was shocked that I was that same person!
I hit my 4th month on July 4 and I hit my half way mark this week!!! I can not remember the last time I weighted below 250! It is such an amazing feeling. I also can not believe the energy level I have most days!
