:carrot::carrot: Doing the losers dance!!! I had my official check up today and I have lost 46 lbs since surgery for a 29% lose of excess body weight! ::dancer::dancer:: Still doing the happy dance! The best part of it all is: All the labs came back well with in normal range and I can stick to the kids chewables I have been taking. NO prenatal vitamines!!!:jig::jig:

They said keep up the good work, get your labs done every three months and See you on your One year!!!

That was not even the best news I got all day. My twin sister has struggled with her weight as much as I have. She called today and is going through the preapproval process to get her insurance to pay for WLS!!!! I am so excited for her. Her health has been getting bad from the weight the last year or so. She also has had more heart related things then I have. Of course I told her she HAD to start hanging out here with all you wonderful ladies, so hopefully she will be joining the group soon.

It is amazing to feel good and healthy!!!!

Man, Jen I'm pumped for you. You are doing so good. Tell SIS, WOOT!!! and hope to hear good things from her soon. I'm so happy that you are on the path of health and fitness. YAHOO!!! Did you notice that there are so many people on the loser bench, but all of us are getting smaller behinds and so there is plenty of room.
