3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community - A toast...to all the members of the losers bench!

To all of us...

...that have hole punchs or open scars

...who have felt the pain of drinking a little too much water...

...who have tried hard to be aware of...not swallowing too soon...counting every chew...not drinking too soon after eating (counting the 30 minutes down to the second, drink in hand.)

...who have had the joy of our favorite pants coming off without unbuttoning them...

...who put on a swimsuit, looked in the mirror and said "huh...not bad..."

...who had their regular doctor take them off 85% of the meds they were on...

...who's goals became more about living and less about food or lack of food...

I lift my glass to us...we, who DID NOT take an easy way out, but hold firm that the hardest way there is has paved the road to began to live a life that we never thought possible before surgery!
