Protein Powder Question
 

Does anyone know of a protein powder or protein shake that is egg free and dairy free? All the ones I see are either whey (which is dairy) or soy (which my body doesn't like). And I'm allergic to dairy and eggs (and wheat).

Any suggestions? I need more protein, and as much as I hate the shakes, I'm realizing I don't have alot of choice here.

off the top of my head, i can't help you. i WILL think about it, though!

wait - haven't i seen some rice proteins around??? not sure how they'd work, though, as they may be more carb-y than we should have.
