Protein Powders
 

As a lot of WLS patients, I found myself hating every single PP that I tried.
I couldn't gag them down to save my life!! As a result I was fighting daily to get my protein requirements in.

I recently ordered a couple through bariatriceating.com and I have to yell it from the rooftops, that these are the best tasting PP's I've ever had!

I only ordered two on my first order, but I plan on ordering more flavors in the near future.

Berry flavored Protein Delite by Scitec Nutrition(20 grams protein per scoop) and Fuzzy Navel Nectar by Syntrax( 23 grams protein per scoop).

The berry one is my favorite out of the two, but the fuzzy navel is also delicious.
The berry one has real fruit in it (berries). I mix it with ff milk and it tastes like a berry shake to me!

I am not affiliated in any way, shape or form with them. I'm just a new member over there who just received her first order.

Just thought I'd share. :)

im from the uk so things may be slightly differant here but i get mine from the local health food shop its flavourless i just add 2 scoops to my home made smoothies and it makes a nice thick shake

I need to find a good (preferably ready made one) without whey which makes me super nauseous any ideas?
