Anyway, I went for a 60-minute walk this morning. Here's how my food plan is shaping up:
- TJ's organic cereal w/banana and milk
- pbj sandwich
- shrimp pasta - I do a whole pound of whole-wheat spaghetti, a jar of marinara sauce, a bag of TJ's small frozen shrimp, and a tub of TJ's bruschetta. It feeds the 2 of us dinner for one night, plus Jeff takes it for lunch for another 4 days

- smoothie - milk, banana, protein powder
