Default Guess What!!!!!!!!

i got on the scale this morning and it showed a 4lb weight GAIN!!!!! it didn't upset me right away because i know i have been sticking to plan so i knew it was not possible. i told chris(db) and he said, "you know muscle weighs more than fat" i was like, "oh yea! " i ran into my bedroom and tried on my "fat jeans" and they fit!!! not as well as they are supposed to but last week i could not even button them let alone zip them up!!! this is great and i feel wonderful!!!! thanx to all you ladies for encouraging me to keep at it even when i was ready to quit!!!

i'm sorry i just learned what nsv means, so i guess this is an nsv!!!!

Good work! We've got to remember to use all the tools at hand. Scales, belts, jeans, tape measures anything. If we are doing everything right ... there's got to be evidence somewhere. Like in your pants

That's great! I've found that it really does help to not focus overly on what the scale says. I mean, it's nice when the numbers do go down, but it's not the end of the day it's not the most important thing. Feeling better and being less likely to have ailments associated with a sendetary (Ok, I know I've mangled that one) lifestyle are pretty spiffy in of themselves.

That's awesome!! Well not the gain, but fitting into jeans again!!

I have a pair that I'm trying on every week. I can get them up over my thighs now!

BTW, what does NSV mean?

I'm telling you, there are times when I could squeeze into jeans normally way too small for me and still be 3 lbs heavier than I usually am. Don't be discouraged by muscle- although it weighs more, it allows you to eat more because it burns more calories. I <3 muscle.
