Didn't have what I planned at the diner last night, but still made good choices and was able to keep my day's total below 2000 calories On to today:
Trader Joe's Organic Morning Lite cereal w/skim milk
milk w/protein powder
TJ's vegetable wontons
2 turkey burgers on wheat buns w/Swiss cheese
The above only comes to about 1290 calories, but I am on damage control since TOM is coming this week. I may add another snack in there if I feel the need, but even just this amount comes to 103g protein.
