Planning for Friday, Dec. 8

  • I did well again yesterday and even went back to TOPS last night for the first time in 6 months. I'm up 9 pounds since I was last there in June, but what doesn't show on their charts is that I'm actually down 7 pounds from what I weighed last week

    Anyway, on to today:
    • smoothie - milk, banana, protein powder
    • yogurt
    • sausage
    • soup w/croutons
    • chicken w/salsa, black beans, corn, and cheese
    • 6" Subway chicken teriyaki on honey oat
    I hate to have Subway 2 days in a row, but I forgot until I got to work that I have to go volunteer for 2.5 hours after work for a local food bank, so I know I will be home late and that after working in the cold (yup, I'll be outside that whole time), I won't want to have to cook

    I passed up my exercise this morning for more sleep thinking I would just exercise after work, but now that I remembered this volunteering, we'll see. I may just have to do 2 sessions of 30 minutes at some point over the weekend to make up for it if I can't squeeze it in at all today.
  • I'm guessing by this afternoon, I will have made up for my slacking off these past two days (three counting this morning).

    B - 2 pancakes w/ Vermont Maple syrup. Mmm mmm good.

    L - Dunno. Didn't make any so I'll have to get some sort of salad.

    D - Chicken Biryani - my sis promised!!! So I will have chicken and some rice. I'll keep it to a 1/2 cup. YUM.
    Yogurt.

    Exercise: When I get home, plan on going for my 4 mile walk. Hopefully, it will be a little warmer. But if it's not, I get to try out my brand spankin' new leggings!! YAY! <--- I'm such a dork.
  • b - 3 eggs, 1/2 cup shrd. cheese, ketchup
    s - applesauce, half stick big red gum
    l - veggie stir-fry w/ 1 chicken breast (these are leftovers)
    d - i'm not sure what's for dinner tonight; it's friday so i probably will not be cooking

    my boyfriend made me breakfast this morning... lemon lime protien juice, english muffin with some mayo, egg, cheese and turkey bacon and a small amount of hash browns

    just enjoying a coffee now

    packed for today, I have a tuna sandwitch on weight watchers bread, pickes, orange, and beef veggie cup of soup

    diner I am thinking chicken and veggies

    will drink 5L or water today
