Anyway, on to today:
- smoothie - milk, banana, protein powder
- yogurt
- sausage
- soup w/croutons
- chicken w/salsa, black beans, corn, and cheese
- 6" Subway chicken teriyaki on honey oat
I passed up my exercise this morning for more sleep thinking I would just exercise after work, but now that I remembered this volunteering, we'll see. I may just have to do 2 sessions of 30 minutes at some point over the weekend to make up for it if I can't squeeze it in at all today.
