Default Working on starting over..

It's been a long time since I've been here and though I've managed to keep most of the weight that I lost last time I was here off , I see the numbers trying to creep back up on me.
I still have such a long way to go that I knew right away (when I woke up this morning and my jeans were a little too tight) that I better get back to the place that motivated me the most.















































I've started to eat better than I was but, still a little slack on working out.
Truth is I'm not sure what triggered me to stop my healthy ways..or why it's taking me so long to get motivated this time.
All I really know is I need to get back on track, and I'm grateful for any suggestions.

Hi JTO,
I can so relate. I am in the same position as you. In fact yesterday I posted a thread committing to start over again. I have been at this since February. I lost 30lbs in the first 6 months, then maintained for the next 2 months and then suddenly found myself totally out of control. I gained back 12 pounds in 4 weeks.
So for me yesterday was my first day back on track. What I did was sit down and write out everything I was doing when I first started. I reverted back to what worked in the beginning. The basics. Watching my calories and daily exercise.
