Many Thanks from someone new
 

I tend to be a lurker, but I just had to step out of the shadows to thank all of you who have posted suggestions, recipes, and support. For every person you know out here, there are probably three more (just like me, ha!) silently watching and being inspired to try, try, try again. It's been a long time coming, but I finally got the determination to start a healthy way of doing things and I got there by watching this board. And once I got started, well all the great recipes have been my saving grace, lol! So thank you - thank you, thank you, thank you!

I was a fellow lurker for quite a while. It's wonderful that you got brave enough to pop in. I found the personal support on 3FC to be the accountability it took for me to stay on track on days when I really wanted to go off-program. I hope you'll post again!
