heh, man, I LOVE the Cheesecake Factory because of their extensive menu! If I want American or Italian of Chinese, I can go to an AMerican, Italian, or Chinese restaurant, but if whoever I'm dining with and I want 2 very different things, I know everybody should be able to find something they like at the Cheesecake Factory rather than having to hem and haw about which restaurant we should go to. I also LOVE that their portion sizes are so large--I can get multiple meals out of one entree order.
To each his own, eh? Besides, I think their entire menu is superfluous--it's all in the name...go there for the cheesecake
I'm still not feeling well and pretty much still forcing myself to eat because of my lack of appetite.

L: Spaghetti with meat sauce and dinner roll
S: Green Tea, and something else
D: Estafao Manok with a .5-1c of white rice
S: Piece of bread with pb and honey
I ran into a couple of time consuming things and got thrown off kilter a bit. By the time I wanted my evening shake I was waaay under calories and grabbed a piece of DS's left over pizza. Not good ... actually it's very fortunate that there was only one piece
But all in all, it turned out OK. 1225 cals with a really nice shoulder workout.
Last night went to pot for me, I had mexican food for dinner instead of my healthy planned salmon/broccoli/sweet potato meal! Oh well, today is a new day .
