I haven't been able to make it back to my computer until just now, so I didn't get a chance to reply sooner. I guess I should have been more detailed than I was
I made a point to really keep track of what I was eating (I pretty much eat the same thing every day):
[B] - 1 cup oatmeal, 1 tbs brown 'sugar' splenda, 1 egg, 1 cup LF milk with ovaltine, vitamin
[L] - Boca Burger, whole wheat roll, 1 tbs miracle whip
, 1 tbs bbq sauce
[S] - chocolate Yoplait Whips yogurt
[D] - approx. 2 servings of fish or chicken, approx 2 servings of veggies w/ fat free 'butter'
[S] - Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich
