I wouldn't call it cheating as long as you kept track of what you ate and adjusted your calories accordingly; and as long as it didn't set you off on a binge.
However, you really NEED to get out of the mindset that you "needed chocolate" because you physically did not need it. If you continue to think that way about certain foods, you will inevitably sabbotage yourself. I know, because I've been there. |
