Thank you all for the support, I really needed to hear all that.
Misti - I'm SO impressed by your 60+ lbs lost! You ROCK!
This morning the scale gave up a pound, so I was rewarded enough to stay strict this weekend. I really do need to find other ways to get my "atta girls" in, as the scale is SO fickle.
