Back On Track!

  • Good for you KateRN. I'm in the same boat as you. I have been off track now for three weeks and have been eating everything in site. I have gained back about 10 pounds and I really need to get back. I was struggling with the possibility of trying to do it on my own or joining Tops but I don't know. Weight Watchers has always worked for me so I think I may have to go back.

  • Awesome. You'll find most of that weight gain was probably water from the high amounts of sodium in those foods. Way to get back on the bus!
  • Congrats for getting back on track! I've been off the track for the past few months myself. It hasn't hurt my weight loss anyways but I'm getting back in line myself today also.
  • I need to jump on that bandwagon myself!
