- eat at least 5 times a day
- 100+ grams of protein
My plan for Monday is something like:

- 2 cups spaghetti squash (83) with 1 cup tomato sauce (140) and 1 Italian turkey sausage (110)
- Healthy Choice sesame chicken meal (230)
- yogurt (80)
- 5.88 oz cooked chicken (232) and 1 cup frozen chopped broccoli (41) with 4T honey dijon marinade (96)
