The thing that I don't agree with though is the eat LESS and move more concept. I definitely agree with the move more, and my motto is "If you can't find something you LOVE, then at least find something that you don't hate, but you have to move more!" But I actually find that I am probably eating MORE now, but it is a lot healthier than stuff I was having a few years ago. I eat 3 good-sized meals a day and 3 snacks. I have had a deitician give me advice along the way, so I know I'm eating well. I used to eat a lot of rubbish, but I'm not so sure I'm eating less now, just cleaner, with lots of whole grains, fruit and vegetables and WAY less processed food. So, I always say: Eat BETTER and move more. Just what has worked for me. Zelma |
