How much lost in one week??.question
I have a question...Lost 7 the first week, 4 the second week, but only two lbs. this week...Should I be concerned or is this normal...Was I spoiled by the first two weeks????? ALso does one lose alot more if they are bigger..I now weigh 213.2....thanks:carrot: :carrot:

I am definetly no expert, but I would say that sounds about right. A normal amount of weight loss per week should be 1 to 2 pounds. I too lost a lot of weight in the beginning, but then started averaging about 1 or 2 pounds a week.

Sounds like me, except I haven't WIed yet (wednesday) The first week -6.5 the second week -4.5.... I think the first few weeks you really lose weight quicker. It will slow down. Remember 1-2lbs a week loss is healthy.

I think that I lost 6 lb. first week and again 6 lb. second week and then slowed to a rate of 2 lb. a week for quite some time, then dropped to 1 lb. a week by 6 months on my plan.

Sounds normal to me... the first week or two always has a big drop for me.

Yup, sounds perfectly normal. I lost 6.5 pounds my first week and then went down to about 3 pounds a week for a couple of weeks and then averaged out at about 1 to 2 pounds a week from then on. One month I only lost 3 pounds the entire month. It will fluctuate, but most people don't continue losing 4 to 6 pounds each week. 2 pounds is an awesome amount to lose in a week, I'm always happy when I'm down 2 pounds. :)

I agree too! I've been on plan for about 6 1/2 weeks, and the amount lost has decreased a bit each week. Last week was 1.8 pounds, so I'm hoping it levels off now. I did reach a new point level this week, too, so that feels like an accomplishment as well!
