I still have 12 FP left, but...

.. why do I feel like complete poop? Tonight we went out for dinner. I had 29 FP left for the week (wed to wed) and I used the rest of my DP - 14 and 17 FP tonight.

I still have 12, which I don't plan on using, and I probably won't use the APs I earn. I didn't go off program, but why do I feel so bad?

Pgray1229, maybe you are used to the idea that if you are overweight and trying to lose weight, you don't "deserve" to eat. But it's just not true! That's why the points system or any sensible food program is so helpful. You really CAN eat and lose weight, it doesn't HAVE to be a punishment. Enjoy your points! Stick with your program, and all will be well.
