Stuck to yesterday's food plan, drank 5.5 liters of water, walked 3 miles...on to today:
  • 2 eggs
  • grapes
  • Lean Cuisine grilled chicken and veggies meal
  • banana
  • baked ham
I am soooooo craving some cookies (this one guy has a whole drawer of snacks in his office for anyone who wants them). Part of me just yells, "No! They're not on your plan!" while the other part rationalizes, "Your plan only includes about 1000 calories, and you need more than that...so have those cookies (or Nature Valley bars or NutriGrain bars or whatever else he may have in that evil, evil drawer)." grr...

YAY FOR TALK LIKE A PIRATE DAY! I'm a receptionist and I was thinking about answering the phones "ARR Matey what can I do for ya?" I think I would get fired though.... lol.

Breakfast: Bagel
S: 2 hard boiled eggs

I'm so strange... I buy frozen broccoli but non-instant rice. Heh.

4 liters of water today, as well as 1 hour on the ellpitical at the gym. WOop.

a piece of toast, you cut the middle out (using a glass works best), you cover the bread in butter and put it in a frying pan (like french toast) and you fry an egg in the middle of it! After a bit you flip it. If you like you can even put a bit of shedded cheese!

I am wearing a pirate shirt today!

An egg in a hole sounds good!

How about your boyfriend come and make me one too...

SO... my lunch got changed around. I had a low carb chicken sandwhich from applebees. The menu said it was 370 calories... but I asked to have it with no cheese. How much of a difference would that make? I also had about an ounce of fries that my mom had left over.
