Great Support Group!!

I was 30lbs overweight and I am very lazy!! In August I attended an Event called Better Your Body, there I joined this network of people that were just like me, they needed motivation to get off the couch and get moving, exercise, diet,. It is great concept, it is called the Better Your Body Brigade. It definately keeps me motivated, I have lost 7lbs since I joined. Irt is a great support system!
