Planning for Monday September 18

My weekend was okay... Friday was really high (its all good, I needed it!), yesterday was low and today was a tad higher then I like. I ate a lot of junk tho, bad me :( But I had a really nice time with my sister (my reason for eating junk) today I took her to a movie and then we went to zellers and got some cloths for $1 haha.

B- vanilla apple crumble yogurt with some cereal mixed it (probably rice crispes); slice of toast with cheeze whiz
S- coffee or tea
L- corn, mushrooms, potatoes and shrimp all mixed up with a bit of hot sauce
S- hmmm thinsations or a fruit source bar... or maybe an apple...
D- left over chicken breasts cooked in hot sauce and probably cream corn and I am sure the bf will want some side kicks or something
W- 4L

I was down 1.4 pounds this week :)

Happy Monday everyone.

Same here *sigh* moving on...

Congrats on the loss, Courtnie!!

Today's plan:
  • 2 eggs w/ff mayo and honey dijon mustard
  • turkey meatballs (homemade--lean ground turkey, egg whites, dried minced onion, garlic powder, and Mrs. Dash) with sauce (chicli sauce and dietetic grape jelly)
  • sandwich--lettuce, ham, Swiss cheese, turkey, possibly some lean cut bacon, honey mustard, and ff mayo on 100% whole wheat
  • smoothie--banana, 1 T natural peanut butter, and skim milk
I need to guzzle the water to help make up for all the extra sodium I had over the weekend. I've had 6 servings so far and am working on another 4-serving bottle now...

I was moving into my apartment (YAY!) this weekend so my eating wasn't as bad as it could have been but it wasn't angelic to say the least *coughChinesefoodcough*

B - 2 slices whole wheat bread
1 egg
1 cup skim milk

S - 1 banana

L - 1/4 cup brown rice (I don't think my microwave cooked it right, sigh) + roasted veggies
1 8 oz container coffee yogie

S - Going home to pick up some stuff so I'll eat what my mom has around

D - Trying out stirfry served over white rice. Wish me luck! :)

Water - Trying for 2 liters.

Exercise - Had good intentions of working out this a.m. but remembered my insane schedule so am going for a walk with my roommate (sis) in the evening.

My weekend went ok. Nothing great but not horrible either. So all is well... I went on a date last night. I really like the guy but I am not sure he is interested in me. We'll see if he calls this week.

S: 1/2 kashi bar, 10 almonds (130cal)

L: lean cuisine meal of salmon w. vegies & w.w. pasta (240cal)

D: chicken w. vegies & curry sauce (300cal)

S: rye crackers, 1 wedge of laughing cow light cheese, s.f jelly (120cal)

Workout: 1hr spin class tonight @gym
